Hi, a recent print of a tall cylinder (split into two sections) came out like this.  I used my usual CAD program to make the .stl file of what is supposed to be a perfectly vertical cylinder, I can assure there was nothing wrong with the model or how the model appeared in Z-Suite.  It just came out when printed, like this.  I saw this happen on a shorter cylinder too, but didn't think it was this bad.

While printing:

Is this something to do with the setup of the Z travel?  And if so how do I calibrate it so the bed moves actually straight downward?

Thanks for any help

I am trying to use a different software to produce the STL file, as I have read online with other printers that sometimes a bad STL is the problem.  I imported a STEP file into Autodesk 123D Design and used their STL export function.  As before everything looks fine and vertical in Z-Suite.

I also read that slowing down the print can help this issue, although with this size of print I don't get any options in Z-Suite other than "fast"

I will check and adjust all the set screws to see if they are tight but will leave alone the ones at the back that say "do not adjust"

Settings:

Layer 0.39mm
Infill Light

Will report on the outcome tomorrow (its a 14H print) but in the meantime if anyone has suggestions it would be much appreciated
